‘Matched’ is about a Utopian society where everything is decided for you. Where you live, who you marry, what you eat, what books you read, what music you listen to, etc. Cassia is the main character and she is soon going to her matching banquet where she will learn who she will marry. When she sees who her match is she knows that he is the right mate for her. That is until she sees another boys face flash for an instant. Cassia was told that this was a glitch, but now Cassia starts to doubt everything about her life and the Society that controls it. Who is her true match?I really enjoyed the book and can’t wait until the second book, ‘Crossed’ comes out later this year.
