We went to PF Chang for dinner before the concert. I've decide my new favorite dish there is the Mongolian Beef. Yummy!!
Now about tonight...it is Christmas Eve and like every other year, I am staying the night a
t Mom & Dad's. As far back as I can remember, my family has always gone to a movie on Christmas Day. This year will not be any different. Mom, Dad and me went to see P.S. I Love You with Hillary Swank and Gerard Butler. I LOVE Gerard Butler. He has been in a couple of my favorite movies: Timeline (2003), Phantom of the Opera (2004) and Dear Frankie (2004). He is Scottish and I love to hear him talk! Anyway, I really enjoyed the movie. Dad seemed to stay awake, which is always a good sign. It is funny and a tear-jerker. This one is one to buy, for me at least! Now comes the funny story! After we saw the movie, Mom and Dad needed to use the restroom and I didn't so I stayed in the hallway. Outside the Women's restroom is a family restroom, where both men and women can use it. I see Mom walk over to the family restroom and open the door. It looked like she was talking to someone and then she closed the door and went into the Women's bathroom. I figured someone was in the restroom and had forgotten to lock the door. In the meantime, Dad finishes and comes to stand in the hall with me. Shortly after he joined me, the family restroom door opens and out walks this guy. I started laughing and told Dad what I had seen. Then Mom walks out of the bathroom, looks at me and we start laughing almost hysterically. I could hardly breath!! Mom told me when she opened the door, she could see someone was sitting on the toilet but she didn't look real hard. She said the guy said "Hey" with that slight upward nod of the head that guys are known for when greeting someone. She then said, "Lock the door." I have not laughed that hard in a very long time!
Merry Christmas everyone!!
